Dear Lord Inquisitor,
I sending you these report of the heretical presence in the Balkanik sector. During my year of presence among the Balkanik I have noticed that for a savage regiment  The Balknaik Imperial guard Regiment  have less then expected chaotic deviance of their own free will.  Most normal chaotic war bands in the  sector are fed by outside sources of chaotic presence and most Planetary defence forces are not susceptible to corruption expected of other sectors.

Still in the last three months a new unknown threat had appeared in the sector. As most heretics they show several ungodly mutation, but at closer inspection I found too many similarities in their mutations. After several dissections carried out my staff and observation of battles involved with these "mutants" we found a few similarities.
+Their skin is pigmented darker almost charcoal green and deep red.
+Their body hair is unhealthy, at sever cadavers we noticed gangly  limbs and dried skin.
+They seem to show no sophisticated emotion expression which you would expect from heretics, but they have "natural" drive to engage and no fear.
+On several occasion we have noticed displays of rapid regeneration of entire limbs and body parts.
+On the hands of these mutants we noticed  holes which for some reason, are charged with Warp energies. We have not found ye the uses of these hole on the palm up till now, but we shall continue investigating into it.

I am not going to deem these mutants as Nurgle followers suffering a warp plague, due to the many question which I am left with. The dark Mechanicum has installed in many of them these containers  connected to the warp hole in their palm, for what reason we have no idea? The presence of the dark Mechanicum among these husks is quite apparent, but why have they not been armed with sophisticated weapons?

I will keep my observation and will send reports one new development on this threat.

For now....I don't wish for assistance since the Balkanik regiments have successfully dealt with the small war parties of this "unknown chaotic force",but i am worried since most commanders of the imperial guard state we have yet to meet the main body of the chaos warband in this sector.

I wish you a fine day, Lord Inquisitor and let the God Emperor shine upon you.
