A short critique:
Now I do not know the characters, so I cannot comment on them, but they certainly look good! And the entire scene looks like the beginning of some epic adventure
The first thing you could improve on is to erase the pencil lines. From what I see you've drawn a pencil sketch first, then colored over it with markers. However, one can still see the pencil lines some places, which makes the piece feel unfinished. Also, I don't understand what the grey blocks on the left side are.
But it's a nice drawing, which tells an interesting story

You could draw Kairos being a total Saturday morning cartoon villain that imprisoned Girlyman in a blackstone fortress in the Maelstrom instead of killing him outright. Or the chat Rawbutt had with the Emperor.
