I've always found the whole "Wake's harem" meme to be incredibly forced to be honest. None of the girls have ever even remotely hinted at any sort of interest in Wake beyond adventuring companion. Hell at this point in time it isn't even clear if Calliope(the one girl Wake actually has interest in) views him with any sort of affection, or just sees him as a good friend and nothing more. Wake's relationship with Nedra is for all intensive purposes that of a father and daughter. And as of this writing, Eloy has had far more interactions and shippy moments with both Red and Zyaka. Ben even went so far as to tease fans recently about the possibility of Eloy having feelings for Zyaka... But enough about my silly ramblings, I really love this picture!

Well that is the idea of the Animu harem. The main hero adorn with multiple hotties , of whom he could bang none due to one or another reason.
Besides when this was drawn in chapter I, Wake was quite frankly recruiting all the exotic ladies and from there came that meme. In later chapters Calliope found Wake a bit dishonest and Zyaka is a bit angry due to wake not actually pushing her thing and delaying her mission so for chapter 2 and onwards the Harem joke is valid, but for chapter 1 Wake was the Golden Boy of the seven seas.

Anyways I would suggest you listen to one of the episodes(each is about 3-4 hours) They are hilarious cause all the players are in a way voice actors.
