Description This is a drawing for 's contest. I'm sorry that it took me so long to complete it! ^^

I kind of modified Chelsea's clothes a bit, but I kept in the same color range, and I hope that her colors look all right in general. Sorry about the really dull background, but I had to start on a report over the weekend. And also, sorry about my terrible handwriting. I just decided to keep it there for fun.

I try to be make my pictures bright and cheerful so in return I'll be happy, but sometimes it doesn't help.
