he does not belong to us ... -.-Β Doctor Whooves is by Hasbro and Discord Whooves is a discorded version ...right? It exist a screen shoot..but it`s very difficult to find! But I mean they are belong to Hasbro Studios. We can use him and give him a other story, that is ok.

You only have one valid point, TIMER TURNER belongs to Hasbro.
Discord Whooves belongs to Jitters, he worked hard to distinguish his vision from the show vision.
I'm sure you are a creative individual and can make your own version of Time Turner which represents who YOU are.
Please stop trying to claim you can use a design that NEVER appears in the show. Go comb the Discord episodes if you don't believe me! I just rewatched them with my sister and not ONCE did I see Discorded Turner.
Peasant Turner doesn't count. He's not Discorded, he's malnurished and over worked, because he's a peasant working hard to make enough food to bribe two races while also feeding himself and his family. Please stop using him as a shield.
Also more to the point Doctor Whooves is a fan made name, the Hasbro product name is Time Turner. I'm pretty sure Hasbro can't legally name their character after another companies product, but I'm no expert on those manners.
My final point, It's really rude to come on someone else's art and tell them they don't own their own version of a character. Their own version which has existed for YEARS. If he were using the exact Time Turner from the show, you'd have a point. He doesn't please stop demeaning his efforts.

Sorry but I have creativity, effort and so on. I said it's a good picture...I like it because all colors harmonize, it is very

The closest you will find is of Lucky wearing a black bowtie in one episode, which inspired me to add to the design.
Doctor Whooves is not mine
A Discorded Doctor is not mine.
But the one that looks like THIS is mine. I made him THREE YEARS AGO.
You see him everywhere because he has over 30,000 fans on my blog that I created him for!
I even explained why he got wings.
Anyone can make a discorded Doctor but I don't want them stealing the one I worked on for over a year to design so that he would be different from other Doctor Whooves designs and be my own design of the character.
Please, please understand, I get really tired of making this argument and it really hurts when people don't even realize I'm the reason this character exists.
