Hmm ... what's to say... ?Been wanting to do something along these lines for a while, but I can see it's going to take a whole lot more study to get it right....

Hmm, I really like the portrait - it's beautiful and expressive!
But why the colors..? Looking at them I can't get rid of the impression that those are bruises, especially with the colors you chose. I like the lips though. What was your idea behind it?

I'm not sure... just going with my intuition...
... comes from something else I've been thinking about doing for a while.
Thought I'd give this a try while I thought more about the other.
Maybe this one's not "right" & will end up in scraps.
