Description
Due to popular demand I have created a tutorial on how I do my art. I've actually had this for a long time but I never uploaded it.The character belongs to Messy and does not belong to me.

Use the magic wand to select the base colour so that you can't go out the lines, then use the pencil tool with a 1px brush to scribble in the shadows.
