Having watched the animation repeat a few times now, I find myself making gestures that Sara might be reacting to, such as moving my hand back and forth.
The cutest portion, for sure, is the part where she's smiling.

That is really good! The blink is so smooth, and I barely see any hints of chops at all. This is super nice ^^

That is pretty good. However, I noticed that you only have two frames for blinking-- one for open, and one for closed. I read up that the blink animation consists of 3 to 4 frames: open, 3/4 closed, closed, (sometimes) 3/4 open, and open. The 3/4 open is optional for most cases, but is generally advised for further detail in the blink. Such is more a nitpick than anything, but I felt it would be worth the mention. ^^

I actually have a 3rd frame for the blink fully drawn out but for some reason I decided to go to 2 frames (I can't remember why I did) . I may edit this to include it again and possibly add a few more frames to smooth things out.

I wanna think she was hwaring something, tried to focus on what it was, and it turned to be a familiar face aproaching, and she was glad to see him/her.
It was a cute attempt. Has potential for being better, but is quite good. Nice job.
