Having already been extended well beyond it's original run, I would not be surprized if the Mouse has his Imagineers working OT in dreaming up a permanent home for Elec-TRON-ica.

It has already surrived a move within the park when it's original stage location was scheduled to be closed for construction. While it might not remain in Disney's California Adventure, I would not be shocked to see it migrate to Disneyland Tomorrowland. Flynn's Arcade could displace the old Starcade next to the Space Mountain exit. The Elec-tron-ica party could then take advantage of the large plaza in front of the area.

I would be delighted if ElecTRONica was made a permanent feature, yes!

I know it was scheduled to run till Spring 2011 yet it's gone past that, it's already Summer 2011 and it's still running. I'd be so happy to see this happen. and the plaza in Tomorrowland is perfect, Tommorowland is the sci-fi part of Disney, it's perfect for TRON. If it does in fact happen, oh, it'd be a dream come true!

Rumor is that Disney is considering a Tron themed roller coaster (based on the light cycles) for an area near Space Mountain. (Perhaps the old motorboat lagoons or replacing the aging Innovations exhibit.)

Time will tell, but someone at Disney appears to like Tron.
