For the contest of
Some pictures of TenTen's Birthdays, starting with her 12th Birthday, when Team Gai was formed until her 19th Birthday, after the War.
Oh, and the second picture is supposed to take place in the hospital, after the Sasuke-Retrieval-Mission.

These photos are all so beautiful
Team Gai is my absolute favorite team!
But, to be honest, I really think the 19th birthday will change, because that IS the way it's looking. Β I'm just saying, it's really starting to feel similar with the Pein invasion. I know that Naruto said "I want to keep Neji right here" and all that, but Kishimoto has done that before and then just brought them back.
Plus, I have many more reasons why Neji will come back.

Yup, Team Gai's great!
You know what? I totally share your opinion. I drew this a few months ago when I thought that Neji was definitely dead. However, I think now as well that there's a great chance that Kishimoto will bring back the dead - and that would be really, really lame in my opinion. It was okay when Kishimoto did that after the Pein invasion but if he did that again, I'd be really disappointed.
Well, maybe this won't happen but I've got to say that the recent chapters remind me a lot of Naruto's talking with Nagato.

Like, a brother/sister, brother/brother, son/father x2, daughter/father, along with my favourite couple all in one team.
How could that not be awesome?! Then when Obito was defeated and Naruto started giving him the "Talk no Jutsu (IDK) that's when it really started giving me that feeling. Β Kishimoto has disappointed me and his fans before, (cough) Asuma, Jiraiya (cough) but I'd be more happy with him if he did bring Neji back then being disappointed with him.
Another reason I can think of is because Neji IS the only main character so far, and it'd be pretty stupid to leave it just at that, in my opinion.Β

Yeah, the Talk no Jutsu strikes again, only this time with Kakashi, not Naruto, so it is a little different.
I can think of more reasons beyond that, but I won't bore you

Agree, it was really unexpected! But I think he will remain dead and won't come back to life because if he would it would ruin the whole "Neji's will is still in us, take that Obito!"-message.
...But least he died a heroical death.

The last pic is really, what's the word? Incomplete. (Neji ) You could clearly see it in their smiles. It lacks luster (e.g. Their teeth are not showing) but you really set in the mood and all pictures were drawn fantastically.

This is perhaps the most amazingly bittersweet thing I have seen in years...
You fill each 'photo' with such humor and expression and build them all up to the last one... Which is screaming at the top of its lungs with quiet understatement.
