Just takes practice, I was fortunate to grow up in a very artsy family so I got it pushed on me young and have been filling up sketchbooks every week since. XD

lucky my mom is artistic but could never afford supplies so i learned to draw by watching my friends

Yeah it's unfortunate how expensive supplies are. My mom had a lot from I don't know where so we had a whole room devoted to supplies I was pretty lucky with that. It's a big help when your friends draw too but I was always the drawing kid that others would watch.
