Sorry Angel, I like Fluttershy better.This is my drawing of 's "Commander Flutter and 1st" fav.me/d88zzjk .
'Shy's expression, her hair, and the her hat with the cute little pin were what I liked the most.

I learnt a few things from this:
1) Fluttershy is cute when she is angry.
Yes, this came as a surprise to me.
I only realised when I was drawing those eyes... they were fun to draw
.2) Fluttershy is pretty.
I mean, she looks like a friggin flower. In a uniform.
I've never thought of a pony as pretty before, but I have now.
3) The composition of this piece was more complicated than I thought.
The way that the cap sits on her hair, and the way that her ears peek out from behind;
and then where exactly the light falls - which parts of her face does her hair shadow?

I tried to keep things simple, and I think it turned out half-decent.
I'm not entirely happy with the background, but I'm still experimenting with how to fill large areas.
The lighting is also not great, but I'll be back at uni soon and have access to their scanners.
Overall, I'm glad I did it. I hope you like it!

Anyhow, your notices are quite correct - as far as I can tell. And like you said, it's half decent. Mainly the hat is too small, like way too small, the rest looks good.
She looks like a Tau though. oO

I can't say I see the resemblance, but I did draw her neck quite long.
