Description
This was for the first, non-graded assignment in my Intermediate drawing I class.

As a way to start thinking about our first assignment, we were given a word to do with as we pleased. My word was 'disaster' and I had the idea of depicting not the chatastrophic, apocalyptic visions that normally come to mind, but instead a much more mundane, every-day kind of disaster.

Bleh, Pushed myself pretty hard not to waste too much time on this, considering it was a non-graded assignment... and yet it still ended up being 70+ layers... eugh, when will I learn.

I really want to re-visit this later sometime, the perspective worked out great, but the coloring, and lineart... not so much.

Thanks to several splatter photoshop brush sets I went through to finally figure out the effect I wanted, and plastic texture that I found via google.
