Oh Toad... if only the programmers tried to make you more threatening... or atleast give you a weapon that didn't require a full uninterrupted hour of interpretive dancing.Was going through my phone gallery and swiped into this pic. Made me smile for a bit. Hope it has the same effect on you guys!

This is the second easiest boss. First one is Crash Man

I still feel like Toad takes the prize for easiest robot master.
As easy as Crash Man is, you gotta get your timing and spacing right with him, and that's only if you already know how his pattern goes.
With Toad Man, you just gotta walk under him every time he jumps at you, which is made even easier with the slide mechanic. Killed him on my first try without a problem.

That's the problem with full screen attacks I guess. Make it uninterruptible... and becomes unfair to the player. I think they should have given him a different weapon to complement the rain dance.

Yeah, Mega Man's shots look so harmless, thought it'd be funny
Yeah, I can see why they designed it that way, though I feel like they could've made proper adjustments, like requiring more shots to stop him, or putting a platform in the middle for you to go under and take cover when he unleashes his attack.
A different attack would've also had been a good choice. It's not like other robot masters that gave Megaman a clear screen weapon had a full screen attack themselves :/

Well... most whole screen attacks are changed when the RMs use it. I think it's only Toad's that does direct damage IMHO. I think a platform on the boss room would work. Though adding more attacks for Toad Man might be more interesting. As it is, he only has two very uninteresting moves in the game.

No, his weapon is called Acid Rain, but in order for him to use it he has to do a little dance for a few seconds without getting hit.
So it pretty much looks like he's doing a rain dance
