This a rainmeter 's gadget for mail advertissement.vista rainbar by ~Gavatx : [link] [link]
If you have few windows on screen, when you have a mail, this balloon show on top on all your windows.
You can click on icon for showing your mails programm (Outlook, Outlook express, Thunderbird).
When you have seen your mails,the ballon return on your desktop and you work quietly.
Few languages : French , english , deutch , dutch , spain , Italian , Pt.
Note: You must informe your user name , password , port and server in the ini files you want use.

Perhaps if you replace the path of Hotmail Url at this line :
folder=!execute ["%HOMEDRIVE%\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe
in the .ini file
If it don't work, i think not.
