Description
The three ones in the bottom i made during my journey in the bus to my mom's house, the two golems i made already here.Descriptions in order of drawing:
Lycantrophic deer/W*ndigo: lycanthrophy is a disease transmitted by canines and some felids such as hyenas to humans and for some reason, cervids, today i will only explain the relation with cervids and the transformation that occurs.
Wolves get contamined with lycanthrophy after eating relatively decomposed meat of their own species, the symptoms are: high agression torwards other animals including their own pack wich may cause the exilium of the contamined wolf.
Cervids get infected after being bitten by one infected wolf and not getting killed, the infection starts as necrosys around the bitten part that with time spreads to the rest of the body, after two days their abdomen starts to decay only leaving the chest and some of the belly region after the spine, the skull get completely decomposed but the eyes, and for some magic reason it moves normally as muscles were still there.
Other physical changes include the hooves being turned into claws and the canines appearing and getting long and sharp.
They have a vicious "mind" wich makes them kill everything in sight.
Common dragons: common dragons are, as the name implies the most common kind of dragon found in the overworld, they have as expected for a reptilian a long tail and scaly integument but they also have something that no other reptile has today, powered filght and fire breathing, their wings have the same structure as bat wings, they nest in rocky regions such as badlands and mountains, but may find concorrecy with other dragons in badlands, the males have fatty cheeks and fight for dominance and reproductive rights.
They are often used to explain the dragon anatomy since they have been studied for a long time due to their common presence.
Dragons evolved to use magic (aether) to produce fire, they are one of the fewest animals who use magic naturally, they have a skin pouch below their head where the gas used to start a fire goes to, coming from a specialized chamber in their stomach who produces the gas, after it the dragons spits out the gas wich with aid of magic starts a fire jet.
Hunting common dragon: these dragons are somewhat related to the common dragons, but have been bred to have a bigger gas pouch under their neck to more powerful fire breathing, they are used to hunt and have replaced dogs and domestic eagles since their domestication.
They are harpy eagle sized and in big numbers can take down the largest of the dragons.
Cargo wooden golem: these golems as many wood golems are quite cheap compared to better material golems, they are quite often used by wandering traders to get their mercadories around, they have the "basic animal" structure .
"Wooden slave" golem: these golems are one of the cheappiest but still most purchased golems around the world, they have various uses, from domestic labory to factory work, that is why they are named slaves...
I might explain the magic system and the golem construction in another post
