Description
This is actually the background for a commission, but I liked it so much that I wanted to post it as a stand-alone composition.20. Adobe PhotoShop 7.0. ~3 hours.

Okay, I seriously have a moon fetish... and with that being stated, I think it's safe to say I've seen A LOT of images of the moon.
And with THAT being stated... I must also say that this is the best I've ever seen the moon portrayed. I love the black, blue and white of it and the thickness of the stars surrounding it. Even if you subtracted the bridge and the tree branches, you would still have a beautiful picture.

That is very beautiful, as I've very often told you. The full moon being so silvery and bright, the sky painted with glimmering stars and then these rough rocks. Without the rockformation this could almost be too silverylovely but with it, great balance. I also like the silhouettes of the branches. Very nice work, will we see the finished work someday soon too?
