Description
This is actually the background for a commission, but I liked it so much that I wanted to post it as a stand-alone composition.20. Adobe PhotoShop 7.0. ~3 hours.

Hmm... Yeah, I was trying to work some more colour into it, but for some reason, it just wasn't agreeing with me. Seen as how this is actually a work-in-progress image, I can always try to do something more with it later. Hmm...

Could always just make another layer and put something over the top. It's good that it's WIP, but in some ways everything is WIP.... I always find that I can go back and do something else with my paintings, no matter how 'finished' I thought they were. ;]

Yeah, that's probably what I'd do anyways. I tend to be fearful of screwing things up, but layers are my friend that way, hehe. And yes, everything is a WIP in its own way, but that depends more on the artist than the image

My brother, who is a full-time artist, gave my mum a particular painting, and every time he comes round, he doodles on it. She's going nuts. :D

*chuckles* I'm sure it would! I can't let myself do that, though - it takes me long enough to finish a piece of work, usually, that if I play with it anymore, I'd be likely to end up getting so frustrated with it that I'd do something rash X3

Mmm... I'm sure there is something just like this out there, but even if I was there at the right moment with a camera, it still probably wouldn't look as good as the real thing... but I'm glad you still like this rendition of it
