wooh what a gigantic river it looks like the sea!

There, it is near 10 miles wide and it will go wider and wider for the next 600 miles until it reaches the Atlantic ocean. The water is salted of course and there are even whales coming very near the place the photo was taken.

It is a shrub - not really a tree - called "juniper". They are making Gin our of their bays, I don't know I you know this alcohol, very popular in Canada and in Great Britain.
They are always beautiful, during summer but especially in Autumn.

Oh! I thought juniper is coniferous and here the leaves do not look like our needle-leaved juniper. 
I've heard that juniper is used for getting gin. I have never tried this kind of alcohol. Here vodka is more popular (don't think I tried it
