Why not start it off with an introduction of myself. Mind you, I guess if you've been watching me for a while, you probably know plenty about me already.
This took me four days to draw in multiple 20-30 minute intervals before work each day. If not for that, I would've liked to have this up four days ago.
Anywho, this'll be the new ID, acting as an introduction for my new projects. I hope you like it though, I won't be changing it again until I finish at least one of them. So please take this a prelude of things to come.

About the picture:
This is probably the most accurate picture I've ever drawn of myself. I think I still flatter myself in the chest area mind you (I'm actually the president of the itty bitty titty committee) but it's not quite as over the top as some of my old IDs. Then again, this IS a drawing of me by me; I'm allowed to have artistic license. ^_^
Funny enough, I apparently cannot for the life of me draw glasses at exactly that angle in exactly this style. After about four-hundred attempts, I just gave up. Hence why I'm just holding them (and they look ironically just fine when they're not on my head).

Going to have to work hard to figure out the best way of drawing myself, I have to admit I have a really weird way of seeing myself and I want it to look as natural as it can be beside my OCs. You really do look like you can just walk into your pieces and be apart of them yourself. I also would like to know about this "100 theme", I actually found interest in doing something like that.

There's a bit of artistic license in there, I admit, but overall it is actually fairly accurate. Incidentally, I do occasionally stand among my OCs (a handful of gag comics, or minor cameo roles in a few stories), but it's never anything major.
I must say, I'd be interested in seeing how you draw yourself. In a way, I find how an artist interprets themselves to be just as exciting that seeing the actual artist. ^_^
There's actually a few "100 Themes" lists. I decided to pick the first one I saw but find myself having a lot of trouble with a lot of the themes in question. Hence, almost a year later, I only have a small few of these. Part of me wants to go back and try a different list, but that would kinda be cheating. I mean, it wouldn't be a challenge if it wasn't challenging, right?

Yeah, it is a challenge, and needs to be treated as such to improve the art. Your appearances may be minor, but they are important none the less because they make your stories more real by association. And don't worry, after five to seven original sketches is when I plan to put up a self portrait. Its really going to be fun.
