Okay, this time for real! We're back!
As the page title implies, we're going to stall JUST a little bit longer before Emily comes out, so to speak, about her pregnancy. The head of the faculty knows, and as do the main kids, but the majority of the rest of the school is not yet in the know. There's a lot else I want to cover with the school side of the story for now though, and Emily would detract from that. So sending her off with Rain helps us focus on one matter at a time. What IS going on at school? We'll find out soon enough.
Outside of school, this is a very big day for Rain! Not going to lie; waiting rooms and medical talk aren't exactly the definition of excitement. But if hormone treatment is the end result, then that could mean for a great day, no matter how tedious the early hours may be. ^_^
Just a reminder that for the time being, pages will only post twice a week on Wednesdays and Fridays. There will be no Monday posts for a while. I want to stress that this is temporary, and I will return to the usual three post per week schedule eventually, but I need to get some things in order before then. Hopefully, by the time I start the next chapter, I'll be ready to go back to normal. But for now, please just bear with me.

Is it weird that even though I'm cis I feel like I get the nervous anticipation that Rain and several other people in the comments have describe relating to seeing the therapists/starting hormones a little bit better because of my upcoming mental health appointment?

Rain is such a cutie, I don't know much about hormones and transitioning but yay! Poor Emily, it must be hard for her, I hope it will be alright. Good thing they have each other.

You know the most important thing Rain is back yeah, secondly Emily not going to school was something I though might happen considering what will happen when she does go back it might be easier to show up to school with Rain to help and she;s so happy to see Emily coming too. Jessica gets to get more sleep too that's important. Considering the medical side of things has Rain legal changed her name yet, just something I was wondering.

I feel for Emily here. Sure, the main kids are all supportive of her, but she could still really use that extra support that Rain offers. As for Rain, I do still kinda remember how exciting that first appointment was to get on HRT. Kinda boring, too, but mostly exciting. Yay for her and yay for progress!
And yay for sleeping in sometimes! Like Jessica. I'm not a "sleep in" kinda girl myself, but I do know what it's like to just need those extra minutes (or hours) in bed sometimes.
