I'm doing some art for a Villains & Vigilantes card game from Superhuman Games. Other artists have done most of the character card art, already. I'm concentrating on the Power and Plot categories, because those turn out to be the most interesting for me.

These characters were created by Jeff Dee, Bill Willingham and others, they're not mine.

This is for the Power card, Haunt, and stars Laserfire. the idea is, I think, that some villain has used a power to induce fear or dread on him, but it's damned hard to demonstrate that when you don't have the character's eyes to "act" with! I tried to make him look unsteady in flight, but I'm not sure it works as well as it would if I had the whole face to emote with.
