Description I'm glad to see artists reversing Bizarro's "S" nowadays. I always thought it was something he would do, since it would look "right" in a mirror. Here, I was sort of adapting the animated series version to regular comic style. I think he should be clumsy and always look unbalanced. He's a flawed clone, after all.

Cool! I like when people combine certain traits from other media of DC characters.

I could never do that old cracked/craggy look from the silver age. The few times I've drawn Bizarro, I've tried different ways to show that he's basically falling apart.

That's what happened to him in John Byrne's The Man of Steel #5.

Yeah. Byrne introduced the idea of the flawed clone. Works better than a defective matter duplicator.

You said it. Cloning makes more sense. And the reason he's flawed is because the cloning process didn't work on alien DNA.

Nicely done. Love Bizarro. Technically, though, your title suggests that he is NOT Bizarro....

Talent times X0,000 hours with a pencil times X0,000 wasted sheets of paper = N

It's a simple equation that only took me 35 or 40 years to complete. Just in time for the comics industry to implode into a cottage industry and make competition for jobs drawing comics so stiff, there's no chance I'd ever be able to earn a living at it.

But, I still love drawing. I still love comics and I work a decent "straight" job that allows me enough time off to spend at the drawing board.

Keep watching!
