Description
Something I did for a throwback thursday thing I started doing to keep my drawing skills up. This was one of my favorite cartoons growing up. The humor was always really clever in the same vein as animaniacs. Similar to my animaniacs piece I wanted to show him as a bit more menacing than the usual portrayal. Some things I wish I could have played with more, but the focus on this was speed so I went with what I had. Hope you guys enjoy.related work [link]

I just can't picture him with Paul Rugg's voice in this image. BTW, who do you guys think would voice Freakazoid/Dexter Douglas if Freakazoid ever became a series again? I'm torn between:
Paul Rugg
Rob Paulsen
Tom Kenny
Jim CummingsΒ
Jim Carrey
Josh Keaton
Weird Al
Probably some others I forgot about

Looks great, and he looks more superhero-like here. The spark effects are a nice touch.

Done a really good job on this one. Loved that cartoon and the humour works right up today as well. The body on this is really out there and does a nice job of capturing the general chaotic feel of the character. The electric effects are all nicely done, really catch the eye and add a nice effect to the pic. Level of detail works with the face and hair having a good look to them. Really good bit of work here.
