When they made Photo Finish, they used Twilight Sparkle's model. You can even see the similarities with the bangs on the front of her mane and her tail. They're very similar to Twilight. They didn't change her cutie mark (which was shown for a brief two or three frames).

Also, Rainbow Dash and Photo Finish appeared together in Equestria Girls and in the S4 intro.
