Too bad it took until season 5 to see a clone commando in action, I'd be willing to bet he survived, the commandos are pretty much the biggest badasses in Star Wars behind Han Solo, HK-47 and Rex.

Respectfully disagreed. He blew them all to hell, first. The only real threat was the explosion, and a very coy Dave Filoni stated "I would put my money on Gregor surviving, to be honest." Straight from the horse's mouth himself! So I like to believe he made it out.

After watching four and a half seasons of this show you'd think I would've been used to them killing off clones but I was especially pissed at the way they Boba-Fetted this guy. There was so much potential for an awesome story line.

I think he survived. He was too cool to keep around just one episode, and I remember Dave Filoni hinting at one point that we "didn't know" if he died or not. That to me tells me there's a further story that needs telling...
