Amazing work, but... don't you think his tongue is too short? I mean all animals tongues can cross the line of teeth.

Sorry about that.

Gods, Maya looks like it has some amazing possibilities but as a self-taught Poser newbie (who still doesn't know what all the buttons are for) attempting Maya would be biting off more than I could chew... pun intended. I am curious about the process of creating my own models, clothing etc. Is there a program that you have worked with that you would recommend that would be something I could muddle through on my own? Or is there perhaps a tutorial or line of them you would recommend as well?
Your stuff is fantastic but your T.Rex is just in a class of its own. Its one thing to see a still image, its quite another to see well thought out and detailed movement that makes it suddenly more... real!

is this guy compatible with Source fill maker?

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

joel3d In reply to dragonkingofthestars [2013-05-07 23:25:37 +0000 UTC]

Source fill maker? Whats that?

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

dragonkingofthestars In reply to joel3d [2013-05-07 23:47:58 +0000 UTC]

source film maker, i misspelled it sorry. it's a free animation program that built for valve models(TF2, left 4 dead, portal ectra) but i have seen people get other models into it and animated them. some of the things people have made are quite good.

so, back to my question, can the model work in the source film maker?

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

joel3d In reply to dragonkingofthestars [2013-05-08 00:39:02 +0000 UTC]

Yes, I'm sure it can.
