I kinda wish Lt. Guile looked a lot more excited, matching RD's expression somehow. She seems really hyped about it. But I don't mind his more mellow expression here. Like he's thinking, "RD, you silly pony. Have a bro-hoof."

This reminds me of brawl in the family's portrayal of Captain Falcon. Though honestly, Sagat's version of this most likely would be "Tiger Brohoof" because all of his special, super, and ultra moves are "tiger something". ALL of them.
