Description
Playing with DAZ Studio and iRay. This time I wanted to add some wrinkles to a Genesis 2 male character's face to give him a grizzled look.NOTE: This is an update of a previous experiment. This time I subdivided the beard, and it looks a lot smoother. Thanks to MEC4D for the tip!

I haven't even begun to play with subdivision... Much to learn!

This was my first experience with subdivision, it really improves hair

Very cool looking character. Those wrinkles definitely make him look grizzled. LOL Nice job on that facial hair as well!

Thanks, I cheated by painting over the render in Photoshop with actual old people's faces

That's not cheating, that's creativity at work. I'm not a purist. Pre-work, post-work, whatever works.

nice character. With a skin like that a bit more bump to emphasise the wrinkles might work very well too.

Thanks for the tip, I upped the bump a little, should have been bolder
