I started adding the links to give credit to all the great content artists that allow me to play in their sandbox.  
I am very happy with "Genesis 2 to Genesis 3 Pose Converter" I was able to batch convert all my Genesis 2 poses to Genesis 3.  I had missed the ones in the sub folders of the animals, so i converted them and wanted to try them out in this image.
