It reminds me of two things. Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds, and the style impressionism. I dunno if either was intentional but it works out.

I am loving how colors seem to get dark to light and you move your eyes across the canvas, and your strokes are very expressive and full of energy. Plus, the colors are strong and vivid with is complimented well by the dark background. Beautifully done

amazing, I just love your brush work! and the splatter is very beautifully done. I really admire this because I'm not very loose and expressive with my strokes, I really wish I could be. I bet this was a lot of fun to work on.

heard this plenty of times already, but the colours are perfect and they way you've integrated them into an almost firework-like explosion really adds a contrast to the detail of the face- just sheer fantastic!
