It's weird, never before has any piece of fanart made my eyes feel heavy. Normally, anything that's meant to be sad only affects my mind, but this one actually makes me FEEL. Thank you, Joey. This amazing work has made me feel real emotion.
This is the kind of fanart I like best, the ones that are almost like real art. It isn't just plain fandom anymore, it actually makes you think about things.

I love how you mix the inherent adorableness of My Little Pony (Gilda, especially; I love that hen) then make it EXTREMELY DEPRESSING. Ouch, my happiness, and bravo to you, for knowing how to tear at my heartstrings and provide awesome art at the same time.
I loved the memorabilia of better days strewn about her room. Really amplifies the SO SAD! ending. Also, I like how you drew her wings like that; they look very natural and correct with concerns to perspective.

Hasbro tried to make a bad guy, but they only succeeded in making us want to hug her. There are no bad people, just broken ones. We're not always able to mend them, but we're at least smart enough to try sometimes. We're smart enough to know that it doesn't have to be this way-and why it was that way. Hasbro tried to ad an old school villain into a new age world. The dragon is lashing out not because it is evil but because it is blind and in pain. Ill stand the fire to help if I can, but I can't do it alone.
