It was a lot of exporting, importing and re-exporting type shit. I saved the illustration as a gif without anti-aliasing, then brought it into Photoshop and re-exported it as some old windows format then brought it back in and overlayed it over the original... Real geeky shit.

Dude, there's no way I would want to run into that character in a dark alley. I would run the other way, just to die a horrible death at the end of the alley ! XD (It always happens in slashers !) Exceptional work, it reminds me of Splatterhouse, which I played when I was younger even though it scared me to death.

ok so thats a pixel id , I was wondering about that. I do pixel stuff in good ole Paint but hadnt ever seen it done like this before , anytime I try to look for pixel stuff here on DA its always some citybackdrop-from-Double Dragon looking thing.

you know, i think eventually pixelated stuff will become an art form. as in not accidently leaving stuff pixelated but purposefully pixelating it... something cool about it... when it's NOT an accident. you know?

A stubborn Deviant will always score high in that area. I see what you mean by the scale though. It'd be funny if this was an actual game and a player chose your ID thinking that they'd own the competition, only to realize that the scale was different.

Heh, where do I start? I drew out my character and scanned it in, then rendered it in Illustrator and exported it as a ghetto, dumbed down GIF, and worked all of it together in Photoshop. I skipped about a million steps, but I don't know how to explain all of it... Basically a lot of trial and error because I don't work in this style that much at all.
