Description
Quick study using only brush work (no pen tool) in Illustrator, with some follow-up work in photoshop.Silverback gorillas are probably my favorite animal. I liken myself to a gorilla more than I do a human.

damn dude, this is very cool. the brush technique is interesting, its kinda like a digital watercolor over ink drawing.

Thanks man... It's almost treated that way, in a sense. I used a tablet and just used the brush tool. Then I brought it into photoshop and did a little more light brushwork with transparencies.
