And you saying this took you 3 hours inspires me. If you can create something this amazing in 3 hours, things must get easier with time. That or you are a literal god.

It indeed gets easier with time - in my beginnings it took me 10-12 hours to finish such piece of artwork (mainly because I was playing with the picture and trying all sorts of techniques). These days, when I spent more than 6 hours over one spaceart means that I'm working on something really heavily detailed or something I haven't done before. These days, I spent most time on digital paintings (comming soon) - they are unforgiving.

Nice colours, the gas giant reminds me of a stone I have, think it might be jade, it's green with "layers" of varying shades through it

Ahh that's it! I had a feeling Jade was the wrong one but it was the only other gem I knew that was green (asides from Emerald which I know obviously wasn't it
