It's a planetary nebula, yes. Doesn't have to be the Helix in particular.

This image is absolute beauty and serenity. I can imagine the situation unfolding - the cloud of gas and dust in interstellar space dark and lifeless - when suddenly it is illuminated by the birth of a new star, whose burning energy pushesΒ aside matter. This is what you have captured. Incredible work!

Well, most of my wallpaper packs contain the 5120x1920px resolution (if by 4k you mean the wide side of the image).
