I was hiking last weekend, so I took a few pictures from the top of the mountain. It was a foggy and cloudy day but from the top it all looked like a white see with no end or horizon...Well, anyway, I adjusted the photos and slapped in some space. Enjoy it

I sometimes thought about how mysterious it would be to find a world where the sky was white instead of coloured, even when it was clear. I think the softness of this image could have been further taken advantage of if the planet types were different (more gassy and less detailed, perhaps like Saturn or Uranus) but on the other hand I can see the desire to have something with more detail contrasting against the relatively simple landscape

The wonderful thing is that the photo is not adjusted too much - just some additional cloudwork, planets and I erased winter tree branches at the bottom. The actual view was incredible - it really looked like the edge of the world with mist seamlessly vanishing into the grey clouds/sky. There was almost no horizon to be seen.
