Description
This was my entry for Draw with Jazza's art competition with the Theme of 'isolation using light.' I choose to make a landscape, interpreting the feeling of isolation... or at least how I experience it. While I am not really isolated, I do struggle with those feelings sometimes. Partly due to my personality, as a more introverted person — and partly due to my line of work, which is often sitting inside drawing.
I guess this is something that a lot of artist struggle with... sharing it and being open about it can be a good thing, there is power and comfort in knowing your not alone in something

I think a ton of artists can relate to that feeling-- I usually call it emotionally isolated though ;v;' Just talking about it or writing it down can really help alleviate some of the stress though.
And this piece is really beautiful! I love the atmosphere--It's like you can feel the silence; I get a sense of impending dread, which is something I often feel when isolated! Great job, I wish you luck

Or just reading about how other people are also struggling with it can do so much by just putting it in perspective... I sometimes think 'we all deal with these feelings, so it's just plain normal and part of life to feel it.'
