the effect on her breast is so awsome ^^. like burnt metall. i once drove by a road sign in an area where there has been a forest fire some days bevore. that sign looked the same like that effect . how did you create it? did you put your painting into a forest fire ?

Thank you, Mo - that wasn't so difficult to do If I remember correctly, it's linseed oil and . . . Liquin ? (but certainly linseed oil, it gives that aged yellow hue). You let it set up flat for maybe a few minutes, then put it back on the easel, and flick turpentine on it lightly from a regular smallish hardware store brush. Or any kind of brush really, just shake out the excess turp before you flick it on the canvas There's a LOT of medium on this so, yeah - I'd want to keep it away from forest fires

I have to admit this is one of the first daily deviants that I have seen in a long time that actually struck me. The movement the feeling the color just gorgeous.This is something I would love to see hanging on a wall in my house some day. its dark and sensual and sexy and lots of other tasty words XD How big is it if I may ask? It looks like it would be a larger work but I might be mistaken :3 I always loved huge art hehe
