if you seen all my other ones with Rainbow Dash, they are never perverted. It is her watching someone who is equally cooler than her like The Fonz from Happy Dash, James Bond, or something involving speed like the Millennium Falcon going lightspeed.

It's just the Rainbow Dash watching TV meme is part of a series where in the mane six watch something on TV and give their reaction to it. Fluttershy watches sad things, Twighlight watches nerdy things, and Rainbow Dash is supposed to watch perverted things. Read up on it one Knowyourmeme .com so, that's why i was confused. Then again, if your gonna make a picture like this anyways I would suggest taking "meme" out of the title because although she is watching TV in the same setting as the meme your talking about, there isn't anything perverted therefore funny about it.
