Small watercolor paintings based on screencaps from the Doctor Who episode Gridlock (Series 3, episode 3).
I love this episode. It's true that nothing much happens in it, but I adore its setting and its characters.
- How does Tennant's face even work?
- Maybe it's the '90s kid in me speaking, but I really like this kind of dystopian polluted future that science fiction kept throwing at us back in the days.

oui! un de mes épisodes favoris également, pour l'ambiance et l'atmosphère surtout. Ca me fait penser au film "Dark City" (mais en moins "dark" peut-être) avec ses habitants emprisonnés dans une ville (rétro?)-futuriste et qui ont oublié leur passé. Super illustration comme d'habiture!

En ce moment, depuis quelques mois, j'écoute des épisodes audios de Doctor Who et il y en a un, The Natural History of Fear, qui fait tellement référence à Dark City (avec une ville totalement close dont les dirigeants échangent les mémoires et les personnalités des gens) que les auteurs ne s'en cachent même pas et ont carrément appelé la ville "Light City" !
