It would make sense and fit in with the show. I just treat G1 and Lauren's original characters as the older generation. Also love pairing her and that Rainbow Blaze together, they'd honestly make such a cute family.

You are not the only one Btw as we know Twilight's official mom is... Twilight from previous generation! So, it really looks logical^^ And yes, in my headcanon Firefly and Rainbow Blaze are parents of our favourite Dashie. (I also imagine that Firefly... well... died during at childbirth and it affected Dash's personality very much).

I always thought that if Firefly was ever really RD's mother, most of her personality and traits would come from her. Thus I envisioned firefly to be pretty much Rainbow Dash. ^ ^

I think she would want her to experience it.
