Description
This time I gave AJ real freckles instead of the 3 white/yellowish dots?You can tell I do enjoy drawing both of them as humans.
You can make up your own story on what happened.
Note: I never realize Big Mac has freckles. I been drawing him without freckles the whole time. LOL!

I'm guessing that AppleJack (being such a silly, p- er... person) has fallen out of a tree whilst picking apples (she's not gonna buck 'em, right?) and has done something quite bad to her back. Big Mac, being the awesome man he is, is now taking her back.
I love the relationship between these two, it's just so, caring, loving. A proper brother and sister thing.

Big Mac found Applejack out past the orchard near the rock formations, which bore the evidence of generations of Apples honing their incredible strength. Shattered boulders, training trees, and holes littered the entire area.
For the Apple family, farming was not just a way of life, it was battle. In the past they had melted down their plows into bullets, beaten their shears into swords and spears to fight and defend Equestria.
Their training had been hell, because facing and conquering it was the only way to save their homeland. But in peace, they continued the fight, only their enemies were of a more domestic sort.
Big Mac said nothing as he looked down upon his little sister, stubbornly trying to stand back up. Her focus was so bent upon the boulder in front of her, she didn't even notice him until his big arms came around her.
"Mac... Ah... Ah've got it-"
Big Mac examined her legs with a trained eye, and sighed. "You're close to a break on this one," he said. Applejack scowled up at him stubbornly.
"Ah can fight through it! Ah just need ta train some more-HEY! Put me down!"
Big Mac lifted his sister up onto his back, and wrapped his arms around her legs. She beat on his shoulders for a while, screaming profanity he would have washed her mouth out with soap for just a few years ago. He ignored it, weathering the beating until they slowed and wrapped around his neck as she always did during a piggy back ride.
Her tears fell onto the back of his neck as she messily cried into his hair. He kept his eyes forward, long sure strides carrying them all the way back to the farmhouse.
He helped her get undressed, and sat her down in the bathtub. He started the water, and with his usual care he scrubbed her down. Her head hung low throughout the procedure, and Big Mac was struck again by how different she was from just a few years back.
'Pa... How would you have handled this?' He wondered.
"Mac...?"
"Mm?" Mac responded to his sister's uncharacteristically small voice. She looked up at him with puffy eyes.
"Ah'm sorry... Ah'm really sorry... Ah just wanna... Wanna help."
Big Mac was silent. Applejack went on, messily wiping her nose.
"Ah... Ah see you, workin' the farm all by yerself, and Applebloom's too young still, and Granny's too old, and Ma and Pa..." She trailed off again, her eyes falling back to her knees. Big Mac chuckled, and lifted her chin up.
"Now now, Applejack... It's allright. Ah understand... But ah didn't get this big and strong overnight," he reminded her. Applejack sighed.
"No... No, ya didn't..."
"It's gonna take the time it's gonna take. Don't make no sense to break yer legs afore yer full grown though," Big Mac said. He smiled at her and wiped her face clean. "Don't you worry. Ah can handle things until yer all trained up."
"But what if you get hurt? And ah'm still too young?" Applejack asked.
Big Mac smiled a little. "Then ah guess you'll have to grow up sooner... But don't be in a rush t' get there, ah right? You can't rush a tree none."
"No..." Applejack said. She looked up at her Big Brother and smiled.
"But if that does happen... Ah'm gonna take care of you."
Big Mac chuckled and gave her a hug. "Ah can't think of nobody better suited to it..."
