Description
Madeleine and Gemma leave the Refectory Hall area after failing to pick up on any new lemur nests. They follow the sign for the women's toilets (Gemma is in rather urgent need of them), turn a corner, and see a small brick building, very modern in appearance and looking rather incongruous amongst the ruins of Mettleham Abbey. Both girls notice the universal 'Toilet Facilities For Females' symbol on the door and an audible sigh is heard from Gemma.

They hurry towards the construction and Gemma rushes forward to get to the door ahead of Maddie. "Me first!" she exclaims as she reaches for the door handle.

"Yeah, okay, I can wait out here and see to my new indri while you go and take a whizz," Maddie says. She adopts a comfortable standing position and lifts her phone up to open Lemur Sanctuary. "Or a dump... just don't leave much of a stink in there if you do cos I still want to use it after you," she adds without looking away from the phone screen.

"Maddie!" Gemma hisses while looking around to see who else nearby may have heard Madeleine's crude remark. "I don't 'leave much of a stink'!"

Maddie shrugs as she looks up at her friend. "Whatever, mate, what-ever!" She chuckles to herself with a small shake of the head and then returns to her phone screen.

Meanwhile, Gemma turns the door handle and enters the Abbey's public toilet facilities with a grateful expression on her face.
