True
I was thinking in practical terms: A baby boy having a nappy change with an uncovered willie is liable yto spray the table, the changer and himself if given half a chance. Hence a strategic towel or something to cover the salient bits while you do the change is a useful idea.
(And this is proof that I have actually changed a baby boy more than once)
