Description
This is one of a bunch of 8.5x11 portraits I have done of people, just to get the practice in. I drew this on matte stock and these drawings take me about 10 - 12 hours, usually over about three days.Related content

I use Prisma Colors mostly. I also have a set of Faber Castle pencils in a nice multilayered mahogany box. They are a bit more "waxy" and just don't lay down very much color.
