Hai Gaiz! I figured another tutorial was long overdue, so here is one on how I lineart and the tools that I use! I kind of decided to make this a tutorial AFTER I cleaned up a lot of the lines, so I don't have screenshots of the specific process, but hopefully this is very informative for y'all. ooh ok. So the weight tool only shows up when you've selected a vector layer in your layers panel. So after creating a new vector layer, make sure it's selected (shaded blue) and the tools should change accordingly.

hmm very interesting somehow I couldn't get in sai but into photoshop and the pen tool looking forward to the next one

For me, I usually use SAI to draw things, and photoshop to do colour correction. Though since I've bought a mac, I can't use SAI, and I've been using photoshop more and more. I'm personally still getting used to the pen tool XP
