Sorry I took so long to respond. The idea is that it's kinda like Build's transformations but instead of molds the two characters would be visible with the user posing in a way that matches both which would cause the astral versions of them to match them before the two collide and form the armor. An example would be that if they use Captain America and Superman the user would salute causing the astral Cap and Supes to do the same. They would also have a phrase for each form before it's called out
