Emboar´s HP fell below 33%! Emboar uses Nitro Charge! Opponent faints.I can totally see that happen ingame. It has a decent Atk stat and a decent physical Fire move in Nitro Charge. According to Serebii it doesn´t learn any good Fighting move(Hammer Arm is NOT good, imo), which is sad.
ANYWAYS, that´s not the point. MY Emboar has used Sunny Day(thus the air is flickering) and Blaze is activated. Beware!
About the name: I decided to go with the name serebii has listed, and they list this as Emboar, even tough, the original japanese name is Enbuoo(literally the same, actually).

A good moveset for Emboar could be Flare Blitz, Wild Bolt, Head Smash and Nitro Charge (for some speed boost). The problems is that you need a Pokabu from Dream World, those have the Reckless ability so the wouldn't get hurt from "recoiling moves". At least that's my humble opinion

Reckless just boosts the power(and thus the recoil damage) of recoil moves. And DW Pokabu is not 100% guaranteed to even be released, as it is with every other DW Pokemon besides Musharna. However I could imagine an awkward Blaze abuser with Salac/Liechi Berry and Head Smash, Wild Bolt, Heat Stamp and Nitro Charge. Nitro Charge on the switch, then recoil yourself down and wreck with Blaze boosted Heat Stamp.
Don´t expect too much from it, tough.

I wanted something like a Giant Warthog... but I got a biped pig who is the 3rd fighting type in a row... extremely disappointed. The drawing is great though.

When I saw this guy, I hated him... but now he's my favorite starter. Funny how these things work out...
I would like him less if he wasn't a demonic-looking oni boar with a fiery beard. That scores him some cool points right there...

Pretty disappointing that for the third time in a row, the Fire starter's evolution leads up to yet again another Fire/Fighting-type. The design is great though. But you think they would have taken a different route and changed it up to like I dunno...another Fire/Dark-type or even another Fire/Ground-type.

I agree. Doesn´t learn good Fighting moves and I heard it can rain everywhere in Isshu(weather changes). That renders him useless pretty much, if true.

Heat Stamp is the best move for Emboar. Its physical power is equal to the user's weight and Emboar weights 330.7 lbs, that's 150 kg! A move like that makes even Blast Burn obsolete and with Nitro Charge keeping the speed up, he's unstoppable.
