Ga-Kwok is carrying his flag of China while walking around the Tamar Park (添馬公園), located at Admiralty (金鐘), Hong Kong Island (香港島), where the government buildings are located, including the Legislative Council Complex (立法會綜合大樓), which is on the left of Ga-Kwok in this drawing.

The violent protest is still ongoing, first of all. So, this drawing takes place at nighttime as the park is almost silent without any people (including the rioters/protestors) walking, so Ga-Kwok safely goes back to Admiralty, without being suspected, and takes out his flagpole with the Chinese flag and walks around with it, being proud of himself as a Chinese, while he still currently supports the government and the policemen bravery for the courage to safeguard Hong Kong from the violent rioters/protestors continuing to destroy the society’s safety. Therefore, Ga-Kwok is the one of the supporters.

Ga-Kwok is pretty much different from the entire world, that he actually does support the Extradition Law (逃犯條例), that he’ll rather remain in Hong Kong, or in Mainland China. He's also less international, meaning that he refused to travel to the different countries, because of his pro-politics and pro-patriotism and loyalty towards the Central People’s Government (中央人民政府) of being the only ordinary, elderly Lucario that’s a Chinese Communist, that never get to communicate with the world, nor the Pokémon team for the first time in his entire life...

So, please DO show respects to Ga-Kwok and his personal views...!!! If you want to say something to him, feel free to comment it. But please do not USE any OFFENSIVE or INSULTING comments! Also, keep in mind that as I've mentioned in Ga-Kwok's reference, he speaks Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) only, although he also understands English and Japanese, but CANNOT speak or communicate. So, it doesn't matter if you use only English to comment it, Ga-Kwok will totally understand what you're saying...
